In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "slowin" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" — refers to slowin, the operator of the gaming platform accessible at https://slowin.cam and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" — the entirety of services, websites, mobile-optimized interfaces, games, betting markets, and account management tools operated by slowin.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the slowin Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the slowin Platform.
• "Wallet Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process through which slowin confirms a User's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawals or as required at any time during account use.

• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the Company's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or systemic failures of third-party payment providers.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the slowin Platform. This minimum age applies universally to all Users regardless of the User's country of residence. slowin strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The slowin Platform is operated internationally and primarily serves players located in Indonesia. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your specific location. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before participating.

2.3 Capacity and Competence

You warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not a professional player, agent, or affiliate unless you have made prior written arrangements with slowin.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered Account on the slowin Platform. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

2.5 Employee Exclusion

Current employees, contractors, agents, and associates of slowin, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in games or betting on the Platform.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the slowin Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. slowin will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.3 KYC Verification

slowin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of Account use, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by slowin may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Any misrepresentation of personal information during registration or KYC — including providing a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age restriction — constitutes grounds for immediate permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances held in the Account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

slowin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Indonesian players: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; as well as Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted currency for all transactions is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance upon confirmation of receipt by slowin's payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. slowin does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees for which slowin accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by slowin within an average of three (3) minutes for verified Accounts. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your KYC-verified identity. slowin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency wallets unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate policy notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing any withdrawal, slowin may require that you have completed KYC verification, that your Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes, that any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus credits have been satisfied, and that the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold displayed in your Account dashboard. slowin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal amount it deems material.

4.5 Declined and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit is declined by your bank or e-wallet provider, the funds will not appear in your Wallet Balance and no action is required on your part beyond re-attempting with a valid payment method. If a previously credited deposit is subsequently reversed or charged back by your financial institution, slowin reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your Wallet Balance, suspend your Account, and pursue recovery of any resulting deficit.

4.6 Currency and Conversion

All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and payouts on the slowin Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). slowin does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required to fund your Account from a foreign-currency source is the sole responsibility of the User and subject to applicable exchange rates and fees set by your financial institution.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

slowin offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. In cases of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x) is displayed on each promotion page and in your Account's bonus dashboard. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked; live dealer table games, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded game categories will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

slowin employs automated systems to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee winnings irrespective of outcome (bonus hedging), exploiting technical errors or system glitches in bonus crediting, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of all bonus credits and derived winnings, and potential permanent closure.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the slowin Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure provably fair outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are displayed within each game's information panel. Sports betting odds are set by slowin's trading team and may be updated at any time prior to event commencement.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your Wallet Balance. slowin reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from technical errors, incorrect data feeds, or human input errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Wallet Balance in full.

6.3 Disconnection and Technical Interruptions

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round or live bet, slowin's game servers will record the state of the game at the point of interruption. For casino games, the round will be resolved according to the game engine's last recorded state. For sports bets, the wager will stand unless the event is subsequently postponed or cancelled in accordance with our sports betting rules. slowin accepts no liability for losses caused by internet connectivity failures on the User's end.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slowin Platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games
• Collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or unintended game behaviors
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or IP masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin
• Any conduct intended to defraud slowin, third-party game providers, or other players

slowin is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. We provide the following self-management tools free of charge to all registered Users, accessible via Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month after which further deposits are temporarily blocked.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict continuous gaming sessions to a maximum of 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours, after which automatic logout and a cool-down period are enforced.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; remove or obscure any proprietary notice or label; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of slowin.

9.1 Platform Availability

slowin endeavors to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (of which we will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable), emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Scope of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slowin shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption; errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from third-party software malfunctions; or any delays, interruptions, or failures attributable to Force Majeure events.

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In all circumstances where slowin is found legally liable for damages arising from its operation of the Platform, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that all wagering decisions are made at your own discretion and risk. slowin provides games and betting markets as entertainment services and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal Platform use.

10.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting slowin's customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining Wallet Balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.2 Termination by slowin

slowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity; or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure (whether voluntary or enforced), all Bonus Credits and unfulfilled wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Genuine Wallet Balance funds will be returned to the User unless the closure was initiated due to fraud, Terms violation, or regulatory requirement, in which case slowin reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which slowin is incorporated. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by slowin for the resolution of disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Nothing in this clause shall limit slowin's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any jurisdiction where it may be necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or prevent ongoing harm to the integrity of the Platform.

slowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the slowin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
